Congratulations! You are accepted by Jesus . You can not accept or find Him because He has always been there. People may reject you, Jesus will not.
♥ Turns out that rejection is a lie. God made you in his own awesome image and that makes you incredibly capable. Not by what you can do, not by what you have learned, but by the grace of Him who gives so generously.
♥ If we believe that we are not good enough, then in a way we are rejecting God and all that He has blessed us with. Moreover, we have been duped into believing the lie of the enemy, from the father of lies, that we are not good enough.
♥ You are God’s artwork! Don’t hold back on the gift that God has given to you.
♥ Acceptance is the opposite of rejection. It’s got God all over it. Acceptance is the truth. God accepts us, even with our myriad of flaws.
“The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” – Psalm 118:22-24
♥ Be very careful rejecting people because…
– Rejection can be a refusal to use their gifts from God
– Rejection can be a harsh and sinful attitude towards another person
– Rejection lacks compassion and can harbor hatred
– Rejection is often the result of your own pride
– Rejection can come from a heart that is fearful, wounded, and full of pride
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” – Romans 15:13
“He who listens to you listens to me; he who rejects you rejects me; but he who rejects me rejects him who sent me.” – Luke 10:16
